MOVING & PACKING SUPPLIES

Use small boxes for heavy items like books and tools. Medium boxes work great for kitchen items and toys. Large boxes are perfect for lightweight, bulky items like pillows and linens. Never overpack boxes - keep them under 50 pounds.

Wrap each fragile item individually in bubble wrap or packing paper. Fill empty spaces in boxes with packing materials to prevent shifting. Mark boxes "FRAGILE" on multiple sides and always load them on top.

Label every box with its contents and destination room. Use a numbering system and keep an inventory list. Color-code boxes by room for easy identification. Mark "OPEN FIRST" on essential items.

Disassemble furniture when possible and keep hardware in labeled bags. Wrap furniture in moving blankets or furniture pads. Use stretch wrap to secure drawers and doors. Protect corners with cardboard.
